Subject: [PATCH] tar: Add symlink to tar from gtar

dpkg-deb accesses tar via "gtar", add a symlink to ensure that nativesdk
for example correctly catches these accesses to tar (for buildtools-tarball).
This likely also fixes on target dpkg-deb usage.
