"pactl" is recommended over "pacmd", and pactl is included in the
pulseaudio-server package, so I disagree with the rationale presented
here. That said, I'm strongly in favour of your change otherwise,
because pulseaudio-misc also includes paplay and friends, which are
very useful for testing audio playback and recording.
