[wic][PATCH v2] wic: fix parsing of 'bitbake -e' output

Current parsing code can wrongly interpret arbitrary lines
that are of 'key=value' format as legitimate bitbake variables.

Implemented more strict parsing of key=value pairs using
regular expressions.
