IIRC this won't help, he would need to add weston and kbd to
SIGGEN_EXCLUDERECIPES_ABISAFE which will exclude it from signature of
all other recipes as well.

Maybe you meant SIGGEN_EXCLUDE_SAFE_RECIPE_DEPS.
