Subject: [pyro][PATCH] bitbake.conf: Add sdl-config to HOSTTOOLS if using host SDL

If ASSUME_PROVIDES contains libsdl-native, we need to add sdl-config
to HOSTTOOLS to allow access to the host sdl-config.
