Fixed typo in previous version:
-ALTERNATIVE_util-linux-switch-root
+ALTERNATIVE_util-linux-switch-root
in keeping with the existing package name.
Adding util-linux-switch-root to an image works and
the dangling symlink in the sdk is also gone.
