Maybe there is something wrong with the WORKDIR cleanup when do_configure is being re-executed (like fdt issue in qemu-native reported in the other thread). Well libvpx doesn't use autotools/cmake with separate B/S directories, so the automatic cleanup during do_configure cannot do much.
