specifically…

	mkdir: can't create directory '/mnt/.psplash': Read-only file system
	mount: mounting tmpfs on /mnt/.psplash failed: No such file or directory
	mkfifo: Read-only file system

then
	umount: can't unmount /mnt/.psplash: No such file or directory
