Reproducible builds are failing with this patch applied:

This is because of this line in the numpy code:
https://github.com/numpy/numpy/blob/0eaa40db3a2f6bef26c0d7cc28eacf4f6d461917/numpy/core/code_generators/generate_umath.py#L1220
which leaks the full path to the file.
