And I forgot, this can be done in single command on both files:

sed -i 's,/usr/usr,/usr,g' \
    ${B}/tests/test_one \
    ${B}/tests/test_script 

Or maybe, in case it makes sense:

sed -i 's,/usr/usr,/usr,g' ${B}/tests/test_*
