[PATCH v4 0/7] Add barebox bootloader support (and testing)

This adds support for the barebox bootloader (and tools) to oe-core.

In order to have proper testing, this extends oe-selftest to allow
basic testing of bootloaders. While at it, cover both u-boot and barebox.

v4:

* bump to barebox 2024.08.0
* change barebox native build deps to PACKAGECONFIGs
* export HOST_EXTRACFLAGS
* set new barebox PKG_CONFIG and CROSS_PKG_CONFIG make options
* remove unnecessary python variables (PN, FILE)
  from barebox config check
* use new multi_v8_defconfig for qemuarm64
* drop x86 tests and crlf output parsing adaptions for now
  to avoid potential impact on other tests
