This series upgrades libsecret to 0.21.8.2 and fixes gnome_verdir() so
the four-component version resolves to the correct GNOME download dir.
Changes since v1:
- gnomebase: shorten commit message and code comment (no code change).
- libsecret: backport upstream <fcntl.h> fix (MR !181) for musl build.
