That is, because although noarch and any are part of ${PACKAGE_ARCHS}, they are not part of ${PACKAGE_EXTRA_ARCHS}. distro-feed-configs.bb uses "all ${PACKAGE_EXTRA_ARCHS} ${MACHINE_ARCH}".
