Folks,

As you know I have been working through the issues with the PACKAGES 
list reordering, this first pass moves ${PN} to the last item as a
sweep of it's remaining items.

I have attached a buildhistory_diff out put of the work, you can also 
see the buildhistory at
http://git.yoctoproject.org/cgit/cgit.cgi/poky-contrib/log/?h=sgw/repack-buildhistory

I have further summarized this latest run as follows, there are a couple 
of PR bumps that are needed and maybe a couple of files that need to get 
"unmoved".  This found wrongly packaged .la file and -config files, 
along with some manpages.

Please review this further and let me know if you see anything else.
I will likely wrap this up next week for submission.
