OE-Core / Yocto Project Recipe Maintainers:

Please find attached the set lists from the Package reporting system 
sent out over the weekend.  This list will be what should be worked 
against for our target in Milestone 3.

Please remember to review the Manual Check List before the end of the 
Milestone so we can have it updated with current version information. 
There is effort to more fully automate this process and I will inform 
the team as we get that working.

As for the Recipe Upgrading, we have about 83 packages, 77 listed in 
Upgrade list and another 6 from the Manual list that need upgrading, our 
target has been 70% and we are meeting that most, so I would like to 
challenge the team to work on getting 80% of the packages upgraded. That 
would mean we need to update 66 or more recipes.

Please update the RECIPE_NO_UPGRADE_REASON in the upstream-tracking.inc 
file, if the recipe can not or should not be updated for some reason. 
Also be sure to verify the upstream versioning scheme to ensure we are 
updating to a released version and not a development version.
