There's already an issue reported in bugzilla about it:
https://bugzilla.yoctoproject.org/show_bug.cgi?id=3100
This might be a relocation issue indeed. We're investigating it. The
toolchain issue, however, must be related to your environment not being
set up properly... Could you try to build the test app from bug #3156
using eclipse and see if it builds? Theoretically, it should, because it
does when you build it manually.
