Subject: Gentoo psyco --> pypy
Date: Mon, 06 May 2013 21:14:30 -0500	[thread overview]
Message-ID: <51886386.3020607@earthlink.net> (raw)

On the wiki:
http://www.openembedded.org/wiki/OEandYourDistro#Gentoo_instructions

it says for gentoo users to:

emerge -n \
  psyco \
  patch \
  make \.....

psyco is a "dead project and no longer maintained". It was suggested to use pypy and I succesfully built the oe-core-X11 for the raspberry pi

emerge -n \
  pypy \
  patch \
  make \.....
