In certain cases, such as changing licenses (GPLv2 -> GPLv3), we keep the older version, in the case of the toolchain and eglibc, we keep n-1 around while we stability n. It appears that u-boot is one of those special cases, but I do not have enough information in the logs to determine why we are not removing the older recipes.
