patch allows to select the directory for the
database used by cve-check-tool.
Squash this into 1/3.

This was the only patch that I made my own, that is why I sent it as
separated patch. If you check the other patches there are co-authors
in there. I don't want someone else take the blame if my patch bust
something :)
