Subject: [RFC/PATCH] Modify libgles-omap3 package to make /dev/pvrsrvkm accessible by non ROOT users.

Tested by running several OGLES apps on the Pandora as a normal user, should
also be fine on the Beagle/Overo/OMAP3EVM etc.
