Well, I do not know when you posted the series, but the message-id in
the In-Reply-To: suggests it would have been posted November 16th. I
do not see them in the mailing list archives, so I suspect they never
arrived. Maybe you could check the mail log on the box you used git
send-email on to find out more... ;-)
