Dear all,
the newlib project has released outside the regular release cycle and
OpenRISC is part of the standard release.
There have been small bugfixes for OpenRISC and the major change in
this release is improved GCC feature testing.
Four your convenience, you can find prebuilt cross compilers for GCC
4.9.3, GCC 5.3 and GCC 6 (experimental!) here:
https://github.com/openrisc/newlib/releases/tag/v2.4.0
Find more details around the newlib-based baremetal toolchain here:
http://openrisc.io/newlib/
Feedback welcome!
Best,
Stefan
