This series add support for the Metanoia MT5824 SoC[1]. The MT5824 is
a highly integrated 5G System-on-Chip aimed at O‑RAN Radio Units and
small cells. It features:
* CPU: Two AndesCore AX45MP RISC-V 64 cores
* DSP/PHY: Dedicated DSP cores and digital front-end for PHY processing
* Memory: LPDDR4 support with inline ECC
* Ethernet: Dual 10G/25G SerDes
* SPI: One Quad-SPI and 8 SPI controllers
* 3 I2C controllers
* SD/MMC controller
* 3 UARTs
* Hardware watchdog
* 32 GPIOs
* USB host controller
