Sorry! forgot say! could you please also enable the acpi debug messages
in kernel parameter?
Just need add the following kernel parameter to /boot/grub/menu.lst:

	acpi.debug_level=0x2 acpi.debug_layer=0xFFFFFFFF

Please attached dmesg and messages log.
