Alex,

It seems the subject got mangled in v2 (which I have not noticed before)
and stayed the same in v3:

[PATCH][V2] intel-hid: support 5 array button
[PATCH][V3] intel-hid: support 5 array button

Other than that, the patch looks good to me.
