Just wanted to let you know that I tagged v2.13-rc1[1]. This is the first
release candidate for v2.13. Thank you to all who have contributed!

If you discover severe bugs-- hangs, crashes, and the like-- let us know
on the GitHub issue tracker[2]. Barring any nasty discoveries, v2.13
will be coming soon.
