  I did that when I performed the testing, because I found all these 
  things to be working perfectly on Linux host. I am just not able 
  to get it working with windows port combined with tap-win32 driver.

Like to further elaborate that I use the vde method on Linux, and it
works perfectly. And I am not talking about setting two instances of 
qemu on different network and get the traffic to route via the host OS. 
That I know will probably work but that's not what I want to accomplish.
I want the two instances of qemu to be on the same network.
