FYI the latest version (13.8.0) provides a s390x build.

Where it checks for 386 then later it uses gitlab_runner_arch (amd64 by
default). It is not consistent.
Also, why not use ansible_machine + jinja2 to convert x86_64 -> amd64,
aarch64 -> arm64...etc?
