I do.
I can only launch i386-user, PPC-user and PPC-softmmu on amd64. There
are still some patches in the pipe to make it run well...
i386-softmmu seems to hang when starting the BIOS, don't know why, for
now.
I also have a complete chrooted 32 bits environment, but I'm not able to
launch any X application from there (Xt seems to crash...). Do you have
some tips about this ?
I'm running on Gentoo Linux and my 32 bits chroot is a complete Gentoo
too.

I reply to myself:
I just found the issue, stracing xterm launch:
I got to mount /dev/pts and /tmp/.X11-unix bount into my chroot...
But qemu won't compile: dyngen need to be patched.

You are talking about x86_64 host, not target. This is interesting too if
you have x86_64 system handy (I do), but I'd like to know about x86_64
target, ie. emulating x86_64 CPU on e.g. x86 architecture.
