How about using Microsoft's free Services for Unix download... It has the GNU tools, a NFS client, NFS server and more. http://www.microsoft.com/windows/sfu/downloads/default.asp You may need to create a HotMail/MSPassport account in order to download it - it is quite large, about 250MB and includes sources for GNU parts.
