A little rough response given that to answer his primary question you
had to refer him to Bochs documentation, Bochs being a completely
different project...

I looked around for the same answer in the QEMU docs and didn't find it
(I asked on the list too, after looking, but didn't happen to elicit a
response...).

Thanks though for pointing out the Bochs documentation on the subject,
it should help me too...
