Just a note for other users who may not have realised:
When using SDL-based programmes on Linux (*nix?) with dual-screens
enabled via Xinerama, you will need to 'export SDL_VIDEO_X11_DGAMOUSE=0'
before running QEMU (or whatever other SDL app, e.g. DosBox), otherwise
the mouse misbehaves and can not be controlled properly in the
programme.
