Just very few comments, thanks to everyone who helped reviewing so far.
The bigger comment is whether kvm_cpu_xsave_init() could be moved just
after x86_cpu_enable_xsave_components(). I think it should be okay
looking at the users of ExtSaveArea:
- xsave_area_size is only used from cpu_x86_cpuid
- x86_cpu_feature_name does not check size or offset
- cpu_x86_cpuid only runs from kvm_x86_build_cpuid
- x86_cpu_reset_hold is only for user-mode emulation and anyway runs
afterwards
Thanks,
Paolo
