[Qemu-devel] [PATCH 01/11] target-ppc: remove old CONFIG_SOFTFLOAT #ifdef

target-ppc has been switched to softfloat only long ago, but a
few #ifdef CONFIG_SOFTFLOAT have been forgotten. Remove them.
