[Qemu-devel] [PATCH v2] async + suspend reworked

Everything is based on spice.v38 from git://anongit.freedesktop.org/spice/qemu

v1->v2 changes:
 dropped wlock
 dropped oom_async
 update_area_async used in qxl-render
 added async_lock
 async_complete handles completion of io, not at dispatcher call time
