  Hi,

More usb and hid bits.  Fixes a usb tablet regression with windows xp.
milkymist goes use the new, splitted hid code directly instead of
(ab-)using the usb-kbd device, which in turn allows to kill the
usb_hid_datain_cb callback as no users are left.
