[Qemu-devel] [PATCH] PPC: 440EP: Initialize timer

When using TCG with a BookE PowerPC core, we need to explicitly initialize
the BookE timers with the correct frequencies.

This was missing for 440EP, since that code came from KVM and was never used
with TCG.
