[Qemu-devel] [PATCH 1/6] balloon: qmp_balloon(): Use error_set()

Commit d72f326431e280a619a0fd55e27d3737747f8178 converted the
balloon command to the QAPI, but forgot to convert one qerror_report()
usage. Fix it.
