This series adds support for block_resize to virtio-scsi.  Events
are reported via a new event type.  Patches to the spec are on the
list.

  scsi-disk: report resized disk via sense codes
  scsi: establish precedence levels for unit attention
  scsi: report parameter changes to HBA drivers
  virtio-scsi: report parameter change events
