  Hi,

This pull updates seabios to the 1.7.1 version just released.  The diff
to the snapshot merged is only two patches, and the kind of patches
(iasl buildfix, AMD PCscsi driver) can hardly cause regressions.  It's
also nicer to ship a release instead of a git snapshot, so I strongly
suggest to update for the qemu 1.2 release.

This patch updates seabios to the 1.7.1 release.  It is almost identical
to the 5a023065388287e261ae9212452ff541f9fa9cd3 git snapshot merged
mid-august.  Support for the AMD PCscsi HBA has been added, also a patch
to fix the build with certain iasl versions.
