... to provide hotplug-able bus.
* icc-bridge will serve as a parent for icc-bus, provide
mmio mapping services to child icc-device and create
IOAPIC when requested.
* icc-device will replace SysBusDevice as a parent of APIC
and IOAPIC devices.
