Subject: [Qemu-devel] [PATCH 09/17] PPC: dbdma: Introduce kick function
Date: Mon, 1 Jul 2013 02:13:34 +0200	[thread overview]
Message-ID: <1372637622-50697-10-git-send-email-agraf@suse.de> (raw)
In-Reply-To: <1372637622-50697-1-git-send-email-agraf@suse.de>

The DBDMA engine really is running all the time, waiting for input. However
we don't want to waste cycles constantly polling.

So introduce a kick function that data providers can call to notify the
DBDMA controller of new input.
