[Qemu-devel] [PULL 5/5] hw/alpha: Use SRM epoch

The 1980 epoch is used by the ARC PALcode for NT.  But we're emulating
a system using the SRM PALcode.  Using the proper epoch results in less
confusion in the guest userland.
