This adds version supporting macros VMSTATE_STRUCT_POINTER_TEST_V
and VMSTATE_STRUCT_POINTER_V in addition to the already existing
VMSTATE_STRUCT_POINTER and VMSTATE_STRUCT_POINTER_TEST macros.
