Adds extract-libs in LINK to expand any "per object libs", the syntax to define
such a libs options is like:

        $(obj)/curl.o-libs = $(CURL_LIBS)

in block/Makefile.objs.

Similarly,

        $(obj)foo.o-cflags = $(FOO_CFLAGS)

is also supported.
