Commit 49ab747f668f421138d5b40d83fa279c4c5e278d moved
fdc.c, hd-geometry.c, m48t59.c, tmp105.c into hw/ subdirectories;
commit 0ddfaf7fe4c8453446730328bf348b7c6438e4f8 did for mc146818rtc.c.
