because the main-thread and migration-thread modify the xbzrle
cache size concurrently without lock-protection.

Thanks, v4 was still not ready when I did the pull request.
Added the downtime one & RDMA for next pull request (that expect to be
just after this one gets integrated.)

grrrrr

Guess who is installing a 32bit guest.
I already build for all architectures on linux and cross-compile for
windows, clearly it is not enough.
