[Qemu-devel] [PATCH v2 24/25] dataplane: implement async flush

Stop using the raw-posix file descriptor for synchronous
qemu_fdatasync().  Use bdrv_aio_flush() instead and drop the
VirtIOBlockDataPlane->fd field.
