Hi

As agreed on previous email, this is the next part for the VMSTATE SIMPLICATION series.

- Added another removal of minimum_version_id_old
- Improve error detection as discussed with David.
- Port existing tests and add tests for primitive types (integers)
- Add tests for _TEST() for primitieve types
- Add tests for FLOAT64/BITMAP/UNUSED
- Add tests for equal comparisons
