This patchset add support for
 - software breakpoint
 - h/w breakpoint
 - h/w watchpoint

Please find description in individual patch.

 - Sharing of code for book3s support (which may come in future)
 - Initializing number of hw breakpoint/watchpoints from KVM world
 - Other minor cleanup/fixes

 - use kvm_get_one_reg() for getting trap instruction
 - factored out e500 specific code based on exception model POWERPC_EXCP_BOOKE.
 - Not supporting ppc440
